The Class of 2025
We are absolutely delighted to congratulate all of our Y13 students on their amazing results. Our Sixth Form represents students of all abilities who study a very wide range of courses – we are so proud to see outstanding success at every level, across the curriculum. Our students’ resilience, determination and sheer hard work, along with the support of their families and the dedication of our staff, has helped to secure some fantastic outcomes.
In 2025, over 60% of our A level entries are at grades A*-B; the highest result that we have ever achieved. In our vocational courses over 53% of entries were at the grades Distinction*/Distinction, again our highest ever result at this grade.
The Class of 2025 are moving on to exciting destinations including the Flying Start Degree with PWC and apprenticeships including an Electromechanical Degree Apprenticeship with Schneider Electric. Those progressing to Higher Education will literally be studying across the entire UK; from Edinburgh and Glasgow to Cardiff, across to Belfast and as far south as Brighton! They will be reading courses from Chemical Engineering to Criminology, Medicine to Marketing, English Literature to Ecology and Conservation, Physics to Physiotherapy and Geography to Graphic Design.
