Shine Careers Meetings Year 12
In the Spring term of Year 12, all students are offered 121 careers meeting with an external Careers Adviser from the Shine Careers Programme. Meetings take place in school, over a three week period and give students the opportunity to speak one-to-one with a careers specialist about future plans, explore options after Sixth Form, and come away with a detailed action plan.
