Physical Education & Sport
After many months of practice 7 pupils from Y9 and Y10 took part in the Yorkshire Schools Trampolining competition held in Hull. Pupils had to perform a set routine and a voluntary routine made up of a total of 10 bounces each. All of the pupils involved worked hard to perfect their two routines and performed extremely well during the day.
After the pupils had performed the top 3 scores from each team were added together for a team total. The boys came first in their competition and the girls second. This achievement means that both teams have qualified for the next round of the competition which is the North of England Schools competition. We wish them all luck for the February competition. Well done to Farron Henry (Y10), Ramois Brown, Ruairi Heild, Finlay Angus, Laila Baig, Amelie Biock, Georgia McKay and Ruby Jamson (all Y9).
